Knitting patterns

The knitting patterns on Woolix.no are digital. The pattern will be sent to your email immediately after completed purchase, via a link in the order confirmation. The pattern is for private use only, and must not be shared or resold.

Right of withdrawal for knitting patterns

There is no right of withdrawal for digital files. You are responsible for adding the correct product to your cart when completing a purchase.

Dispute resolution

Complaints should be directed to the seller within a reasonable time, cf. sections 9 and 10 of the Norwegian Consumer Act. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is unsuccessful, the buyer may contact the Norwegian Consumer Council for mediation.
